Escape.Anywhere is a long-distance escape game played via Zoom. Guide Mike (your “Player One”) through a modified version of one of three Escape New Haven games — “The Gallery,” “The Crypt,” or “Before Moonrise.” Player One will act as your eyes, ears, and hands as you puzzle your way to victory.
As you play, you can toggle between a first-person GoPro view and an inventory of detailed close-ups that are added as you discover new game elements. Time permitting, we can also end with a Q&A for teams that would like to hear more about specific game elements or our design process in general.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is an ideal team size for these games?
We recommend 2-4 players per team. However, our games are also open to individuals and teams of up to 6. All games are private at a flat fee of $59 USD.
My teammates and I are in two different households. Can we still play?
Yes — in fact, we encourage it! One of the best things about long distance escapes is that you can collaborate with friends and family from around the world. Plus, we’ve found that one device per person allows everyone to participate more equally.
I would like to play but I live in a different time zone and can’t make any of your usual availabilities. Can we schedule something?
Probably! Please contact us using the form at the bottom of this page — we’re still trying to figure out where in the world our players live, so the more inquiries we get, the better we’ll be able to adjust our schedule.
